Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs, aligning with the client’s business objectives and building a collaborative partnership. You will guide daily recruitment and fulfillment activities, monitor KPIs and SLAs, cultivate relationships with HR and operations, and drive client satisfaction through regular reviews.

This role also involves pricing and selling services, expanding account scope, and representing Adecco as a trusted workforce

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience, with managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and relationships with colleagues and management.
• Knowledge of federal and state recruiting laws and Company policies.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing effective relationships with key client contacts (HR, Operations).
• Achieve high client satisfaction through surveys and business reviews.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and perm placement).
• Lead recruitment teams, ensuring timely fills and strong performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Maintain knowledge of target industries, clients, roles, market share, and competition.
• Collaborate with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
