This role focuses on growing accounts, managing teams, and delivering KPI-driven results while representing Adecco’s values and maintaining strong client partnerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in a relevant role.
• 2–5 years of managerial or supervisory experience preferred in the service-provider industry.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing relationships with client contacts.
• Lead and manage recruitment teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews and align with client strategic objectives.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temp, and perm placements.
