Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and drive the strategic evolution of client programs in a fast-paced staffing environment. You will align with client objectives, lead recruitment activities, and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met across accounts.

You will grow and retain accounts, manage relationships with HR and Operations, and present performance reviews to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and strong client relationships.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage KPIs and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with HR and Operations.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services, including conversions and placements.
• Lead recruitment teams to meet KPIs and time-to-fill targets.
• Maintain knowledge of client industries and value proposition.
