Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years professional work experience or Master’s Degree and 3+ years
• Master’s Degree and 6+ years for Level 4; additional 4+ years accepted in lieu of a degree
• MS Excel experience required for the role
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and financial or accounting work

Responsibilities

• Set up cost control system and monitor costs and schedules on contracts with validated cost schedule control systems
• Prepare budgets and schedules and perform financial analyses (funding profiles, sales outlook, variance analysis)
• Prepare program plans to capture requirements and schedules
• Monitor funding availability and maintain expenditure records
• Incorporate contractual changes into control systems and maintain baselines
• Perform monthly financial reporting, forecasting and quarterly EACs
• Improve financial reporting processes to increase efficiency
