The position requires a Bachelor’s with 5+ years (or Master’s with 3+ years) of experience, MS Excel, and EVM knowledge. Preferred: SAP/Deltek/Oracle tools; competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years professional work experience or Master's Degree with 3+ years experience
• Master's Degree with 3+ years experience or 5+ years in lieu of degree
• MS Excel experience required
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Financial or accounting experience required

Responsibilities

• Setting up cost control system, monitoring and controlling costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system
• Performing analyses and preparing reports to ensure contracts meet parameters
• Preparing budgets and schedules for contract work and performing financial analyses
• Preparing program plans to ensure requirements are captured and scheduled
• Monitoring funding availability and preparing expenditure projections
• Incorporating contractual changes into control systems and maintaining baselines
• Performing monthly financial reporting/forecasting and quarterly EACs
• Improving financial reporting processes for efficiencies
