Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an OSC, Principal Program Cost Controls Finance Analyst to join the Finance Operations and Supply Chain team in a high-velocity environment. The role emphasizes weekly and monthly EV reporting, cost controls, and collaboration with contracts, operations, and engineering to drive bottom-line results.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in EVMS, SAP systems, and advanced Excel, and must be able to prioritize across multiple programs in a fast-paced, onsite setting

Qualifications

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
• Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, or similar systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word and advanced Excel skills).

Responsibilities

• Labor tracking, cost transfers, MRP resource planning/updates (PRISM)
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly Earned Value reporting and data analysis
• Build business relationships and trust with stakeholders
• Collaborate with EAC processes and monitor performance across organizations
• Support variance analysis updates and financial reviews with OSC management
• Strengthen processes with multiple functional stakeholders from start to finish
• Perform additional ad-hoc analysis as needed
