Job summary

Quest Global seeks an organized, proactive professional for an onsite role in Painted Post, NY. You will support capacity planning for turbo compressor modernization projects, confirm delivery lead times, and continuously monitor production and materials to adjust schedules.

You will coordinate with Engineering, PM, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to keep projects on track. The ideal candidate has a BS degree or 3+ years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent

Qualifications

• Advanced technical qualification - BS degree or minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Confident knowledge of office computer programs (MS Office).
• Proactive, independent personality.
• Excellent communication, organizational problem solving skills required.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
• Experience with using Microsoft Office package such as Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales/operations capacity planning for Turbo compressor modernization projects.
• Confirm delivery lead time for firm proposals.
• Continuously monitor production process for all backlog projects.
• Monitor material availability and adjust schedules accordingly.
• Inform Project Managers of date changes and landmarks impacting visits and invoicing.
• Prepare production plans and monitor production status, coordinating with Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
