Quest Global in Windsor Locks, CT is seeking a Production Planning Specialist to support daily tier reviews, develop production and kitting plans, and manage MPS-aligned work orders. You will collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing teams to ensure on-time, in-full delivery to customers.

The role requires 2–4 years in production planning, strong SAP planning and inventory knowledge, and excellent communication and analytical skills to drive continuous improvement and meet KPI targets.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business/operations/supply chain or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of production planning experience.
• Proficient in SAP Planning and Shop Floor Execution.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Daily Tier review attendance and escalation management.
• Develop production and kitting plans; manage work orders per MPS.
• Review materials availability and track supplier shipments.
• Communicate delivery commitments and analyze MRP/Sales impact.
• Support ACE tools usage and supplier performance assessments.
• Ensure on-time in-full delivery to all customers.
