Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate materials, data, and production activities on-site in Voorheesville, NY. You will ensure orders move efficiently through manufacturing and are delivered on time.

You will collaborate across Scheduling, Engineering, Quality, PM, and Manufacturing teams, manage changes, and monitor progress to meet commitments. Experience in manufacturing and SAP familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in production planning, manufacturing, logistics, or scheduling.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage priorities.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with SAP and ERP-based planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials and production activities to meet customer orders on time.
• Maintain production schedules, convert planned orders to production orders in SAP.
• Collaborate with Scheduling, Engineering, Quality, PM, and Manufacturing teams.
• Process engineering changes, non-conformance reports, and production docs.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to support schedule adherence.
