The role requires experience in manufacturing scheduling, strong organization and communication, and proficiency with SAGE and ERP systems to drive continuous improvement and maintain safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in production scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with scheduling software (SAGE) and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed production schedules based on orders, material availability, and production capacity.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules proactively to address delays, equipment issues, or workforce constraints.
• Communicate schedule changes and updates to relevant stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.
• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing scheduling insights and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the scheduling process.
