Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a detail-oriented professional for on-site supply chain management and production planning at OEM sites in the Phoenix area. You will monitor schedules, analyze data, and ensure on-time delivery while addressing bottlenecks and non-conformances.

Applicants should have SAP or ERP experience, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to communicate shortage status to executives. Travel to supplier sites is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain management, production planning, quality, and operations.
• Shop floor experience preferred.
• Strong relationship building and teamwork skills.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supply chain management and production planning support at OEM site(s).
• Monitor data, analyze part/process information, and resolve non-conformances.
• Track MRP tools, schedules, WIP, and delivery dates; revise as needed.
• Identify bottlenecks, run gap analyses, and create mitigation plans.
• Maintain Line of Balance to align supply with demand and ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop customer-facing relationships with engineers, buyers, and program management.
• Plan part transitions, execute, and verify activities.
• Develop work instructions to implement best practices.
