Job summary

PrismHR is seeking a Product Consultant to join the Professional Services Team. You will implement new customers and advise existing ones on software and industry best practices, guiding projects from start to finish with expertise in PEO/ASO/Staffing and payroll.

You will independently lead multiple implementations, document requirements, and deliver robust solutions in an Agile environment, ensuring customer success and satisfaction across engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience with PEO/ASO/Staffing, Payroll and Implementation software.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentational abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience defining and documenting workflows and processes.
• Strong technical inclination with a desire to learn continuously.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship to understand business requirements and provide best-practice guidance for PrismHR implementations from both technical and industry perspectives.
• Document requirements using cases in functional design documents and statements of work describing project scope, assumptions, deliverables and hours.
• Manage multiple projects to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Design and execute complex merges and customer processes; deliver presentations remotely and in person.
