Job summary

A+ Consulting is seeking an Onsite Printer Service Technician to support Major Medical Center in Cleveland, OH. The role involves delivery, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of printers and related devices, with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm shift.

The technician will assess customer needs, train users, and coordinate service with Xerox representatives to ensure diagnostics align with specifications and SLAs. Strong electro-mechanical aptitude is desired.

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of experience in servicing printers, hard copy devices, or imaging products preferred.
• Strong electro-mechanical aptitude.
• Onsite work in Cleveland, OH with standard shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Work within multiple systems to accept and respond to dispatched service and supply calls within Customer SLA commitments.
• Diagnose, repair and maintain printers and accessories to peak operating condition per specifications.
• Schedule calls to manage SLA requirements across assigned activities.
• Communicate status, ETA, and closure to customers regularly.
• Assist customers with reported issues or questions on products.
• Train customers on proper usage and features of equipment.
• Ensure proper repair and maintenance procedures are followed and documented.
• Manage inventory and tracking of parts and devices.
• Provide meter reads on devices as needed.
• Present a positive image through professional appearance and conduct.
