Job summary

CTG, a Cegeka company, is seeking a Field Service Technician in Cleveland, OH to install, service, and repair printers and imaging devices on customer sites. You will work eight hours daily Monday through Friday, with emphasis on on-site support and timely issue resolution.

You should have 2–5 years of experience, solid electro-mechanical aptitude, and a good driving record. Proficiency with Lexmark printers is valued, and Microsoft Office skills are desirable.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience servicing printers or imaging devices.
• Strong electro-mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent driving record.
• Sound administrative & computer skills.
• Lexmark printer knowledge is desirable.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, maintain, repair, and modify equipment on customer site.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues per customer specifications and implementations.
• Coordinate solutions with Lexmark representatives and customer teams.
• Manage calls within Customer SLA commitments and document activities.
• Provide training and product briefings to customers and vendors.
• Keep local inventory and ensure parts are tracked and accounted for.
