Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 2-5 years of related experience in maintenance, quality, or a similar field.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on hardware and software platforms using established protocols.
• Conduct routine installations, configurations, and assemble system/products in accordance with standard procedures.
• Assist end users with device functionality, including clearing paper jams and replacing consumables.
• Coordinate with support teams and report customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction to appropriate management.
• Execute scripted change management activities while adhering to incident, change, and problem management processes.
