Job summary

CTG is seeking an Onsite (Customer) Service Technician in Dallas, TX to provide hands-on support for printer and imaging equipment. Typical hours are 8 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday, with pay at $22 per hour.

Responsibilities include installing, diagnosing, and repairing printers, tracking assets, and ensuring timely service within SLAs. Strong English communication and physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems and printers.
• Experience with onsite technical or customer support preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support and escalations for printer equipment.
• Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain printers and imaging devices.
• Respond to service requests within SLAs.
• Track assets and maintain system records.
• Manage inventory to minimize downtime.
• Provide professional customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
