Job summary

CTG, a Cegeka company, is seeking an Onsite Field Service Technician to support printer equipment in Dallas, TX. This hourly consultant role requires hands-on repair, proactive maintenance, and quick response to service requests within SLAs.

Technical training or certification is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Ability to lift and maneuver up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite technical support, dispatch assistance, and escalations for customer printer equipment.
Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain printers and imaging equipment.
Respond to service requests within SLAs.
Perform PCM system updates.
Track assets, manage reporting and billing, and maintain system records.
Manage hot-swap equipment and supply inventory to minimize downtime.
Provide professional customer service and resolve technical issues efficiently.
