Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Technician, Field Svc I to support customers in the Coppell, TX area. This customer-facing role requires hands-on problem solving and basic networking to diagnose and repair Canon-supported products on-site and in shop environments.

You will work a 3.5 days on, 3.5 days off schedule with a half-day on Wednesdays, including one weekend day. Training occurs during the daytime; after training, shifts may rotate Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday with night-shift

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to travel with valid driver’s license.
• Capable of working in a 24/7 environment with shift rotations.
• Must obtain security/clearance as required by customers.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stay active most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose basic mechanical, software, network, and system failures using established procedures.
• Service and repair designated equipment to Canon standards and specifications.
• Maintain knowledge across multiple product groups and provide accurate field service reports.
• Meet customer expectations with efficient, responsive on-site maintenance.
• Provide guidance to less experienced technicians and manage technical information responsibly.
