Job summary

Experis is seeking an Onsite Technical Administrator in Palo Alto, CA to support the onsite service team within the Operations Department. The role focuses on monitoring systems, troubleshooting, and timely responses to inquiries to maintain high service quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or higher secondary education, or demonstrated work experience
• Typically 2–5 years of related work experience in maintenance, quality, or related field
• Ability to manage consumable inventory and ensure supplies at customer sites
• Strong troubleshooting skills including clearing paper jams and assisting end users

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on assigned hardware and software platforms/applications
• Identify incident trends for escalation, adhering to strict timeframes
• Conduct routine installations and configurations and integrate systems/products per standard protocols
• Respond promptly to service, product, technical, and customer-relations inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Execute scripted change management activities, maintaining service quality and compliance
