What's the Job?

• Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on assigned hardware and software platforms using established protocols.
• Conduct routine installations, configurations, and assemble and integrate systems/products following standard protocols.
• Respond promptly to service, product, technical, and customer-relations inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Execute scripted change management activities while adhering to incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Manage consumable inventory, including replacing toner, consumables, and paper, and ensure availability at customer sites.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma, GED, or higher secondary education, or demonstrated work experience.
• Typically 2-5 years of related work experience in maintenance, quality, or a related field.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
