Experis is seeking an Onsite Print Administrator in Martinez, CA to support the Service Delivery team within Operations. The role requires proactive problem-solving, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to maintaining printing systems in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2–5 years in related technical support roles, and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Onsite pay is $29/hour with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on assigned hardware and software platforms using established protocols.
• Conduct routine installations, configurations, and assemble and integrate system/products following standard procedures.
• Assist end users with device functionality, including replacing consumables, clearing paper jams, and swapping out devices with spares as needed.
• Coordinate with support teams and report customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction to appropriate management.
• Follow incident, change, and problem management processes to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance.
