Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on assigned hardware and software platforms/applications using established protocols.
• Manage consumable inventory, including replacing toner, consumables, and paper, ensuring adequate supplies at customer sites.
• Conduct routine installations and configurations, assembling and integrating systems/products according to standard protocols.
• Assist end users with device functionality and troubleshoot common technical issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Follow incident, change, and problem management processes, executing scripted change activities with precision and adherence to protocols.
