Responsibilities

• Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on hardware and software platforms using established protocols.
• Conduct routine installations, configurations, and assemble and integrate systems/products following standard procedures.
• Respond promptly to service, product, technical, and customer inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Execute scripted change management activities while adhering to incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Manage consumable inventory, including replacing toner, paper, and ensuring adequate supplies at customer sites.
