A+ Consulting is seeking an Onsite Printer Service Technician for our major medical center client in Cleveland, OH. The role requires 2-5 years of experience servicing printers or imaging devices, with strong electro-mechanical aptitude and reliable on-site service delivery.

The technician will perform delivery, installation, troubleshooting, training, and proactive maintenance while ensuring SLA commitments and accurate reporting.

Formación

• 2-5 years' experience in servicing printers, hard copy devices, or imaging products preferred.
• Strong electro-mechanical aptitude.

Responsabilidades

• Work within multiple systems to accept and respond to dispatched service and supply calls within Customer SLA commitments.
• Accurately diagnose, repair & maintain product(s) and accessories in peak operating condition within published specifications.
• Effectively schedule calls to manage SLA requirements across assigned activities.
• Ensure regular and effective communications with customers to update call status, ETA, and closure.
• Assist customers with any reported issues or questions on product(s).
• Train customers on appropriate usage of product & features.
• Ensure proper repair and maintenance procedures are performed and are documented.
• Manage local part inventory and track inventory levels and transactions.
