ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Break Fix Technician in Santa Clara, CA to provide hardware support for PC products, including laptops, desktops, RPOS, and workstations.

The role requires configuring hardware, software, and basic network components on customer sites and performing repairs. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to troubleshoot hardware issues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with hardware technology training.
• Onsite customer-facing experience with hardware repair is required.
• Ability to learn new technology and troubleshoot hardware issues.
• College-level education is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware support and services for PC Products customers (laptops, desktops, RPOS, workstations).
• Configure hardware, software, and simple network components on customer sites.
• Perform unit repairs and assist with remediation of PC and printer issues.
• Interact with client and customer management to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage critical service events in a fast-paced environment.
