ManpowerGroup's Experis client is seeking a Printer Break Fix Hardware Technician to join the Service Support Department. The role involves on-site repair and maintenance of HP PC and Printer hardware across the Montana region, with duties including configuring components and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, and workstations.

The ideal candidate has hardware repair experience, a valid vehicle, and willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Technical or mechanical hardware repair experience, especially with PC and printer equipment.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, crawling, and stooping.
• Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hardware training or college experience preferred.
• Availability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including holidays and non-traditional shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support and repair HP PC and Printer hardware on customer sites in the Montana region.
• Configure hardware, software, and network components as needed.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on laptops, desktops, printers, and workstations.
• Manage multiple service events efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support during onsite visits.
