Experis, a ManpowerGroup brand, is seeking an Onsite Print Support Technician in Saint Paul, MN to join the Technical Support Department. You will support onsite hardware and software maintenance, monitor systems, and respond to inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 2–5 years in maintenance or a similar field, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 2-5 years of related experience in maintenance, quality, or a similar field.
• Ability to manage consumables and clear paper jams.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to assist end users with device functionality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on assigned hardware and software platforms using established protocols.
• Conduct routine installations, configurations, and assemble and integrate systems/products following standard procedures.
• Respond promptly to service, product, technical, and customer inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Execute scripted change management activities in accordance with incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Maintain daily production goals, exceed response time expectations, and support operational plans with minimal supervision.
