Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Senior Product Owner to join their innovative team. As a Senior Product Owner, you will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge software solutions that support vital medical programs and enhance patient care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for advancing healthcare technology, aligning successfully within a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Job Title: Senior Product Owner

Location: Little Canada, MN (Onsite)

Pay Range: $55/hr to $60/hr

Duration: 12 Months

Shift Time: 9am to 5pm

What's the Job?

• Lead application feature definition activities by collaborating cross-functionally with Software Development, Systems Engineering, Human Factors, Clinical Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Work within an Agile environment, continuously reviewing business needs, refining priorities, outlining milestones, and identifying opportunities and risks.
• Translate product roadmap features into detailed product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to overall project success by defining activities necessary to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Identify, quantify, and resolve technical risks through cross‑functional collaboration to ensure seamless system interactions.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Systems, or Software), Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering design and development or systems engineering.
• Proven experience working with C++ and managing requirements to translate them into effective architectures and software designs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging all organizational levels.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.
