Job summary

Experience supporting device functionality for end users.
Ability to manage consumable inventory and ensure accessories are available at customer sites.

Responsibilities

Monitor onsite systems and resolve technical problems using established protocols.
Respond to service inquiries and assist end users with device functionality.
Perform routine installations, configurations, and approved change management activities.
Handle break/fix events (best effort), including clearing paper jams and replacing consumables.
Create and submit support tickets using HP or customer tools; coordinate with HP/support teams as needed.
