Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Rancho Bernardo, CA seeks a Cyber Systems Engineer (Level 2 or 3) to join a multidisciplinary IPT focused on cybersecurity across Development and Sustainment activities.

You will work with engineering, cybersecurity, program, and stakeholder teams to execute security solutions, manage requirements, and prepare materials for program reviews and discussions. This onsite role requires TS clearance and 25% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor of science degree in a STEM discipline and 2 years of related engineering experience; OR a Master of science degree in a STEM discipline.
Must have experience in systems engineering areas such as technical planning, system design development, verification and validation, requirements management, and lifecycle execution.
Active US Government Top Secret clearance (with BI in last 6 years or Continuous Evaluation).

Responsibilities

Identify cybersecurity risks and support design, development, integration, test, and verification of system security solutions.
Develop remediation plans with stakeholders and support incorporation of cybersecurity improvements.
Engage customer counterparts and internal stakeholders to improve cybersecurity posture.
