Job summary
Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Rancho Bernardo, CA is seeking a Cyber Systems Engineer (Level 3 or 4) to lead cybersecurity across development and sustainment efforts. The role requires active Top Secret clearance and hands-on RMF/JSIG experience within an IPT setting.
Selected candidates will design, test, and defend security solutions, prepare accreditation packages as ISSE/ISSM, and coordinate across engineering, cybersecurity, and program teams to ensure mission-critical security
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance required for start.
- Experience preparing and defending accreditation packages as ISSE/ISSM.
- Experience with DoD RMF and JSIG for SAP/SCI systems.
- Strong ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Lead cybersecurity execution across engineering, cybersecurity, and program teams.
- Design, develop, test, and validate system security solutions.
- Prepare and defend accreditation packages as ISSE/ISSM.
- Apply RMF/JSIG controls to system and design requirements.
- Coordinate with IPTs to support lifecycle cybersecurity.
