Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Cyber Systems Engineer to join the Aeronautics Systems sector in Rancho Bernardo, CA. The role involves technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and cybersecurity risk assessment within a dedicated Systems Engineering Organization.

The candidate will work on-site with potential relocation to nearby locations; travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Be completing or has completed a STEM Bachelor's degree by August 2027.
• Be majoring in or having majored in a STEM field.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance and Program Special Access.

Responsibilities

• Support cybersecurity risk identification and the design, development, integration, test, and verification of system security solutions.
• Assist in driving cybersecurity improvements into the system with stakeholders.
• Engage with customer counterparts and engineers to improve the weapon system's cybersecurity posture.
