Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Cyber Systems Engineer ( Level 2 or 3 ) to join our Rancho Bernardo, CA team onsite. You will work with engineering, cybersecurity, and stakeholder groups to identify and mitigate cyber risks across development and sustainment programs.

Ideal candidates have a STEM degree with relevant experience and an active TS clearance or the ability to obtain SAP clearance. Travel up to 25% may be required, with no remote work option for this role.

Qualifications

• BS in STEM with 2 years of related engineering experience.
• MS in STEM with 3 years of related engineering experience, or PhD with 1 year.
• Active Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain SAP clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify cybersecurity risks across development and sustainment activities.
• Develop technical and programmatic remediation plans with stakeholders.
• Support cybersecurity vulnerability management and assessment activities.
• Coordinate preparation and presentation of cybersecurity and systems engineering materials.
• Collaborate with systems engineering, software, integration/test, CM, and program teams.
