Job summary

Lightspeed is seeking an on-site Services Specialist to deliver hardware deployments and technical support for hospitality customers. You will travel to client locations, train staff on the POS system, and guide implementations end-to-end while documenting configurations and network details.

You will communicate in French and English, manage multiple projects, and work with the Field Sales team to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers. A proactive, autonomous approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Technical background and problem solving drive, curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers’ locations to facilitate hardware implementation and provide technical support.
• Plan and organize onsite training with business owners and staff on the POS system.
• Guide customers through setup, implementations and integrations.
• Install/troubleshoot networking devices including routers and wireless access points.
• Document and track installations and network details.
• Represent Lightspeed as company ambassador to customers.
