Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1+ year of experience in multifamily, hospitality, facilities, janitorial, landscaping, or customer service preferred.
• Porter, groundskeeping, custodial, or residential maintenance experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional property cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and strong attendance.
• Identify and report maintenance issues proactively.
• Assist the Maintenance Team while developing technical skills.
• Provide excellent customer service and professionalism.
