Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Porter to help maintain cleanliness, appearance, safety, and readiness across our community. Under supervision, you will support move-ins/move-outs, turns, and resident events while upholding Core's service standards.

You will perform daily cleaning, groundskeeping, and trash management, inspect for safety concerns, and work with maintenance and leasing teams to ensure a top-tier resident experience. This is a full-time, on-site, hourly position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Reliable worker with attention to detail and urgency.
• Good communication and ability to work with residents and teams.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, appearance, and curb appeal across the community.
• Perform daily cleaning, groundskeeping, trash management, and property presentation tasks.
• Inspect areas for safety, maintenance needs, and address issues within scope.
• Support move-ins/move-outs, turns, and resident events.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to satisfy service standards and safety practices.
