Two Coast Living is seeking a Porter / Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of a Fresno multifamily community. This on-site, full-time role supports maintenance and property management teams to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

The position offers a path to Maintenance Technician through demonstrated performance, with a base salary of $18–$20 per hour, bonus eligibility, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications
