Two Coast Living is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of our multifamily communities in Houston. You will support daily property operations, assist the maintenance team, and deliver friendly, professional service to residents.

The role emphasizes reliability, strong attendance, and the ability to work outdoors and lift light loads while contributing to a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in multifamily, hospitality, facilities, janitorial, landscaping, or customer service preferred.
• Porter, groundskeeping, custodial, or residential maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional property cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Identify and report maintenance issues proactively; assist the Maintenance Team.
• Provide excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Support daily property operations and resident service.
