Job summary

MCS Group - USA | Your Specialist Recruitment Firm is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer onboarding and implementation efforts in the Dedham, MA area. The role focuses on aligning multiple teams across product, engineering, operations and commercial to deliver complex client projects on site.

You will guide planning, manage risks, communicate with stakeholders and leverage AI tools to streamline delivery while maintaining exceptional customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant project, implementation or consulting experience.
• Experience owning projects rather than simply supporting them.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
• Confidence working across technical and non-technical teams.
• Curiosity around AI and how new tools can improve the way work gets done.

Responsibilities

• Own customer-facing projects from initial planning through implementation and launch.
• Build and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies and resources.
• Lead customer meetings and act as a key point of contact throughout delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across technical, operational and commercial areas.
• Manage changing requirements, risks, issues and competing priorities.
• Set clear expectations with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements in workflows and delivery methods.
• Use AI and other tools to speed up project delivery and improve effectiveness.
• Provide clear updates to senior stakeholders and escalate issues when needed.
