Q2 is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead Fraud Intelligence implementations for financial institutions. You will interface with customers, coordinate technical tasks, and develop processes that improve onboarding experiences.

Requires 3+ years with advanced degree or 5+ years with undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Own and execute high-volume customer implementations, coordinating FI tasks and educating clients on product options.
Maintain records of project timelines and issues, forecasting capacity and mitigating risks.
Serve as primary escalation contact, coordinating with engineering, support, and success teams.
Design and execute implementation plans and documentation to deploy Q2 solutions.
Continuously improve workflows and documentation to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Provide updates and recommendations to leadership across teams.
