Job summary

Q2 is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to carry out Fraud Intelligence implementations for financial institutions. This role interfaces directly with customers, coordinates and executes technical tasks, and develops onboarding processes to inform and improve the experience.

You must be an effective communicator and proactive self-starter who can operate independently and within cross-functional teams. Hybrid work setup with no travel required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with advanced degree or 5+ years with undergraduate degree in relevant field (e.g. technical project management, partner operations, or platform support).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including experience with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience using project management and support tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, Salesforce or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a high volume of customer implementations; coordinate FI onboarding and educate clients on product configuration.
• Maintain clear FI project timelines and issues for forecasting and risk mitigation.
• Serve as primary contact for escalations, coordinating with engineering, support, and success teams.
