Job summary

CSP is seeking an entry level Plant System Support role onsite to support daily plant floor IT needs (MES/Traceability) and office IT infrastructure. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and enterprise systems, reporting to the Corporate Regional IT-Manager.

This position does not offer remote/hybrid or sponsorship options; onsite work and weekend/on-call availability may be required.

Qualifications

Minimal experience with Technical/Remote/Desktop support and Windows 10/11.
Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, VMware, LAN/WAN, hardware and software troubleshooting.
Plant Floor/Manufacturing experience and MES/Traceability knowledge.
Ability to troubleshoot and maintain routers and switches in a multi-site IP network.

Responsibilities

Active Directory user account management and maintenance.
Installing, configuring, and administering Windows 10/11 Professional.
Setup, change, and terminate user Exchange email accounts.
Create and triage incoming service desk tickets.
Maintain onsite PBX and voicemail system.
Troubleshoot Help Desk Tickets for Users at Corporate and Plants.
Document actions taken to resolve the issue.
Configure, deploy, and track desktop, laptop, printers and other IT equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and administration tasks including printer maintenance.
