Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support in a professional environment.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Office applications.
• Experience with ticketing systems for incident tracking.
• Experience with IT asset management and device lifecycle.
• Experience in manufacturing/plant IT environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop support for employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and OS issues.
• Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and other business apps.
• Diagnose and resolve issues: desktops, printers, software, network connectivity.
• Install/configure/deploy IT equipment, including computers and peripherals.
• Manage IT asset inventory and maintain equipment records.
• Use ticketing systems to document, track, and resolve incidents.
• Perform software updates, security patches, and routine maintenance.
• Support manufacturing technology environments on Windows-based infra.
• Troubleshoot servers, VMs, storage, and related infrastructure as needed.
• Maintain IT policies, security standards, and procedures.
• Collaborate with remote/global IT teams to share information and best practices.
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach with end users.
