Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the state.
• Minimum 3 years’ outpatient PT experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administers physical therapy treatments including therapeutic exercise, activities, manual therapies, modalities, and patient education.
• Develops and executes goal-directed treatment plans based on assessments.
• Assist with care coordination and ensure appropriate levels of care are followed.
• Educates patients on body mechanics and ergonomics; supports workplace wellness initiatives.
