Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for the BETA Technologies on-site Health & Wellness Center to deliver top-tier musculoskeletal care and an individualized PT program, including assessment, planning, and patient education to maximize functional progress. You will support the client onsite with body mechanics education, ergonomics and safety information, and wellness initiatives.

The role requires a BS/MS or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, a current state license, at least 3 years of

Qualifications

• BS, MS or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university (CAPTE).
• Current license from the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Physical Therapist.
• Current BLS certification.
• Understanding of clinical documentation using EMR software per guidelines.
• Outpatient experience for adolescent and adult population.

Responsibilities

• Administers PT treatments including exercise, activities, and modalities.
• Plans and executes goal-directed treatment programs to meet patient goals.
• Assist with care coordination and follow-up across care levels.
• Teach in-home therapeutic exercises and stretches as part of treatment plan.
• Document care in the EMR promptly and accurately.
