Job summary

Marathon Health, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist at the South Burlington worksite to provide musculoskeletal care and worksite support. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs to maximize functional progress and deliver education on body mechanics and ergonomics.

Qualifications

• BS, MS or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university (CAPTE).
• Current license from the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Administers physical therapy treatments including exercises, activities, manual therapies, modalities, and education.
• Plans and executes a goal-directed treatment program aligned with patient goals.
• Provides worksite ergonomics and wellness education; coordinates with interdisciplinary team.
• Maintains documentation in electronic medical records and ensures compliance with infection-control policies.
