Job summary

Parker Staffing Services, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate patients’ functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide interventions to improve mobility, strength, and independence across clinical settings.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists, monitor progress, document outcomes, and support discharge planning while upholding safety, infection control, and patient-centered care onsite in Brawley, CA.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the applicable state.
• Knowledge of physical therapy principles and rehabilitation techniques.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
• Effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a rehabilitation or healthcare setting.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting patients with mobility and therapy activities.
• Successful completion of a standard background check.
• Pre-employment TB screening is required.
• Drug screen must be clear for employment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ mobility, strength, balance, ROM, and overall functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, gait training, and other physical therapy interventions.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and equipment use.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other rehabilitation team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, progress, and outcomes.
• Support discharge planning by assessing functional readiness and recommending continued therapy or equipment.
