Responsibilities

• Evaluate mobility, strength, balance, and ROM.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility interventions.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support discharge planning.
