Job summary

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted PT license in the applicable state.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently within a rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' mobility, strength, balance, range of motion, and overall functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, gait training, and other PT interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and safety strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehab team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, sessions, and outcomes.
• Support discharge planning by assessing functional readiness and needs.
