Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in the applicable state.

Ability to work independently while collaborating within a rehab/healthcare setting.
Must pass background check and pre-employment TB screening.
Must pass drug screening prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients’ mobility, strength, balance, range of motion, and overall functional abilities.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and rehab goals.
Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, gait training, and PT interventions.
Monitor progress and adjust plans as clinically appropriate.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and use of equipment.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists; maintain timely documentation.
Support discharge planning and continued therapy needs.
